Finding rusty old junk is fun! Nevertheless, I have found that no matter how much "stuff" I find and collect, only God can fully satisfy my heart. Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

New House!

Hello friends, is anyone still out there? I'm still here, through faith and prayer and a hard head! Most of you know I have been battling Lyme Disease for a while and over the last few months I have not had the time or energy to blog at all.  We decided to move to a house with a smaller yard and a little better layout for me and  it happened really fast. I didn't even have time to blog about it. I thought I had done one post in October but I accidentally wrote it on the blog I had created as a sales ad for the house.  Anyway we have been truly blessed and I will have a lot to blog about over the next few months as long as I am able. Here is the link to the post where you can see our old and new house and just a few fall treasures.

Autumn Touches
Although I loved my shabby whites cottage, our new house is full of warm, dark wood and surprisingly I love it so much more! I hope you will check back this week when I show our painted floor makeover. See you soon!
